Combine blueberry, pineapple, honey, grenadine and whiskey.
Stir to combine.
Take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of a champagne glass.
Dip the rim of the champagne glass in the sugar.
Add whiskey mixture to the champagne glass. Fill the champagne glass half way.
Top off the glass with champagne.
Serve.
Here’s another instance where I had a handful of ingredients and just started added them to a glass. No plan, just experimenting. Every once and a while it tastes good. Cheers!
