As you might know, I’m currently in the middle of preparations for my move to NYC, but I know that this is also the time of year where lots of you are getting ready to go back to school/college. It can definitely be a daunting time for some….so I’m a big believer that it’s an opportunity to treat yourself to some new bits & pieces. Any excuse, right? I actually used to love choosing outfits for college and so if I was back there again, I’d definitely be purchasing these dogtooth trousers, blue duster coat & black boots. Other essentials are a good watch & bag and of course, an iPad mini wouldn’t go to waste either :) Also, how cute are the coffee cup & lunch box? What are your usual Back To School essentials?

So… just two more days left until I leave for New York!! You may have seen on my Instagram @retroflame that I had a little going away dinner this weekend & I genuinely just couldn’t have asked for a better send off from my friends & family. You may also have seen me mention that I got confirmation about who I’m going to be working with in NYC. I can’t reveal the details just yet as everything is still being finalised, but I promise I’ll let you know as soon as I can. So excited to share the news!
